I think that's fair enough...

We have underachieved badly this season and if the board are content with what they are seeing then we are in trouble. I think they do need to be more ruthless and make the hard decisions a bit faster.

Worthington done well and was mianly a success in his first 4/5 years, but he has failed in his last two objectives (badly in his last) and should therefore be on his way. I don't really care if they sack him now or in May as long as they do it.
