the West Ham model is very appropriate
as there you have a slighty-better-than-average club that goes through regular ups and downs but that which never sinks below a certain level. Add to that a vocal minority of fans believing that their destiny is to be top-six every season and voila, current situ at Norwich City.
Watford fans are in 7th heaven with their current lot, but have had to endure much harder times than us recently.
