Well said - I just feel that as a "worthy inner" people rarely are prepared to even listen

to my arguement - I dont think is a straight decision one way or the other - people seem to assume that sacking the manager will solve everything - is not as simple as that theres other factors. I feel worthy can turn it around - yes it's a gamble but so is sacking him in my opinion
