The c5 I used is within the parameters there but perhaps because of weight...
Not sure how much an evening news weighs, didn't consider it, perhaps they did it second class because of weight. We'll see. I used a normal, although called c5 envelope, it's just a4 size and folded the paper once and fitted perfectly. I bought a four book of large 1st class stamps so have two left and will take them to the sorting office next week.
