that we fans should accept ourselves that this club will be a middle of teh road championship side , who occasionally can provide a season in the premiership - the board obviously think that no matter what they say , or what the side produce they will get 23,000 people turn out every home game and everything will be fine

I never expect us to win things regularly , but what I do expect is for my club to show passion , determination and play proper football under the guidace of a manager who can manage and do his job well

For me 5 years for a manager is a long time to stay in one job , we have had three years going forward , but two massive steps back - at any other club Worthy would have been out last season let alone this

But as I say above if 23,000 turn up and watch the team and people renew season tickets etc , then what message does that send
