I know the worry is they will be plucked away.....
I actually think the fact that teams like Huddersfield have been smashed this year and Wagner has left, kind of quells that a bit.
While its commendable what F & W have done on a small budget they are totally unproven when it comes to a larger budget.
Managers like Eddie Howe have achieved far more yet is almost never linked with any of the bigger jobs.
Is even a mid table team in the Bundesliga a higher profile gig than Norwich in the PL.....not even close when it comes to worldwide exposure.
