The stance taken with Oliveira this season helped build a good culture

in my opinion. He must have been a massive drain on wages and there is obviously a decent player in there. Brilliant how we used him last season to ensure we were safe and then banished him to the reserves for this season. It's a stance we hear about people taking, but it doesn't end up happening very often, especially through the club's choice. OTBC
