On the pitch the manager is responsible for everything. end of. So we have 2 options...1)be proactive and change things before they get much worse or 2) Duck for cover and wait to see where the whole thing ends up.
The longer we leave things for 'stability' the harder I think it will be to change things later on.
Personally, I think somethink will happen in the summer, what I don't know. But statements from the club are not 100% behind Worthy (if you ignore the rant by Skipper)
