This is new territory.

This is (actually) getting the big promotion at work you'd always dreamed of. Not only the tonne of money, but the chance to show what you are capable of, a thing to put on your cv which will mean that even if it doesn't work out as well as you hoped you shouldn't be scrabbling around for a new company (club) when the time comes to move on.

And looking down the squad list, almost everyone still here (not out on loan) contributed.

So I don't think it's the social media thing or access. I think these guys really are feeling it (and are pleased for each other too).

Really pleased for them all (and all the backroom staff too!)
