Why would you say that? It’s blatantly obvious that instability and uncertainty within the
UK and EU is beneficial to Russia, which is why they almost certainly used cyber techniques to at least attempt to manipulate the referendum toward a leave vote. RT is well known as a propaganda tool for the Russians, so they will no doubt stoke the fires on both sides as the longer Britain is divided and they and the EU are focused on this distraction, there are no resources, focus nor cohesion to be able to address what is really important to Russia.
