Obligations:
20m (or more) on contractual wage increases for existing players
32m on "contingent liabilities" (payments to other clubs triggered by an event)
15m (or more) on player bonuses (it was 11m in 14/15)
1m to cover the Academy Bond

From the remaining 32m:
20m on transfer fees
5m on wages for the new boys
5m on Colney & other Capital improvements

And pay £337.26 to VisitTampa to sackoff their GodAwful HalfTime joke-of-a-promotion
