We're not likely to share our actual war chest. But it won't be mahoosive.

We have to budget on finishing rock bottom, first round that we play exit in all cups, and invest in our infrastructure this time around (Colney, Academy, scouting, youth work in all of East Anglia to help build future fan base). Anything better than that in terms of footballing outcomes is then a bonus which can go into next term's transfer kitty. I'd be pleasantly surprised if we only spent £20m including wages - I tend to agree that we'd need maybe 5-6 new faces, though we're very much in evolution not revolution mode and we must keep broadly the same squad as has got us up - but setting a public expectation that we won't be splashing cash can only be a good thing at this stage.
