I hate it when fans jump on a scape goat but I really think this has been

blown out of all proportions (admittedly I’m only aware of what I see online).

Toddgate FFS. It’s all relative. It’s just that we had three midfielders who were magicians at some stage or other this season. Todd himself had a couple of games like that.

I swear if Emi hadn’t been injured and we’d perceived some points having been dropped then it would have been McLean who fans would have liked to see replaced by vrancic or leitner.

In fact it started with McLean but we kept winning and he scored and made a few so that went quiet.

Over the course of the season (let’s ignore the rough start), Hanley, Godfrey, Stiepermann, trybull, Klose,, krul and in the cup games Passlack, Marshall, Srbeny - they’ve been grumbled about at times. But I’m bit sure we’ve been on a player’s back like we normally are (see husband, pinto, Olivieira, Naismith, Wildschut, etc).

I really don’t see many people criticising Todd for not being good enough. I doubt there would be many fans happy if we sold him for 200k in the summer.
