Why don’t they consider...
Indirect free kicks from inside the box for unintentional handballs like yesterday?
Obviously there are deliberate handballs like the Blades dude the other day - stonewall.
Why can’t there be an in between decision for something like Godfrey’s where it’s hit his arm but with no intent at all? I think everyone thinks a penalty is very harsh in that kind of situation, so why not adjust the punishment?
