When Webber did the interview with young Connor Southwell, he said that we already had a plan and players in mind. One thing I also recall him saying was, if we can't bring through our youngsters into our 1st team if we get to the Prem, he said we'd buy other teams youngsters who are good enough for that level. To me that suggested we are heavily scouting top teams youngsters, possibly players at teams like Chelsea who are very good yet not getting a chance in their 1st team?

The Chelsea player James yesterday looked good at the base of their midfield.
