Basically because i think the prison's need reforming to back them places of punishment-not holiday camps with tele,DVD's players and pool tables,with nice.warm grub dished up.

I don't think its like that pk

It might be for serious criminals, but they are probably isolated and aren't allowed out, and probably have to pay for tele dvds etc whilst in isolation

Prison is hardly a holiday camp
