thats a bit harsh

since the bloke did run from them when told to stop, straight after the london bombings, he was breaking the law by being here illegally and didnt warrant the "death sentence" however the police had warned him, and they had to shoot to kill if they thought he was a bomber, as a wounded bomber can still detonate their device and could have killed hundreds more people.
