Do you listen to any of Farkes interviews where he talks about rest and recovery all the time.
This is pretty much accepted in professional sports as there literally hundreds of thousands of data points showing how crucial rest vs short rest is.
Feel free to argue with data or math with alternative facts or handy wavy gut feelings.....
