I guess I'm finding it easier

because Mrs Pieman doesn't smoke, no-one at work does and only a couple of mates do - I'm not constantly reminded of ciggies.

I've still managed to throw my toys out of the pram in spectacular fashion a couple of times though. Mrs Pieman leaves me to it on these occasions....
