Meanwhile, over on the group therapy for poor choices that is TWTD, there is growing discontent with Agent Lambert. Quite a few seeing through his Rab C Lambert impersonation and sucking up to the fans whilst not improving on results. His last presser apparently included talk of a cunning plan that had been discussed, all to become clear over the next few months. In discussion as to ‘what Lamberts great plan is’ one poster suggested:
“Merge with Norwich. East Anglia United.”
“Could you imagine us being told the new kit is green and yellow. TWTD forum in meltdown. Sir Bobby's statue being replaced with one of Grant Holt. :'”
But I liked:
“A massive admirer of a man with 2 wins in 20, a lucky 1-0 win at home to Rotherham and a lucky 1-0 win at home to Wigan
Easily pleased.”
