A few observations

The need for Leitner or Vrancic has been done to death. Hope to see one back on weds so we control the game better.

The positive thing is we are all a little disappointed with a win and a clean sheet in a game when Krul didn’t have to really make any difficult saves which I think shows how far we have come. Swansea were pretty decent if a little toothless up front.

A couple of things to think about/address from that game and other recent performances.

1. Teams are starting to come to Carrow Road and really press Jamal Lewis and Aarons. The scum did it and Swansea did it well tonight. The combination of this and not having Mo for the easy outball from the back (or for Trybull) is in my view causing us some difficulties and leading to us giving the ball away/not retaining it as well.

2. We simply have to stop giving away so many corners and free kicks in our final third. Swansea have perhaps the smallest side in the league and are perhaps one side you can get away with it against but we also did it v Millwall and Ipswich as well. It will cost us soon against a team that is better in the air.

Anyway we all know that many of our players can go up several notches from tonight so onwards to Wednesday!
