I very much agree with CWC and Matgore.

It is my view that continuity will be key - independent of promotion or remaining in the Championship.

In the case of promotion - and there is a very long way to go - I would definitely keep Klose. Two players for every position - a sensible management strategy - would require a few additions.

Competition/cover for Krul (Angus please), Lewis (Mitchel Dijks?) and Aarons. Potentially one extra holding midfielder and one extra attacking. Maybe another quality central defender if an obvious upgrade to Hanley. Backup striker on loan?

In addition to the obvious departures - Naismith/Olive/Pinto/Husband/Franke/Wildschit/Jarvis/Husband/Marshall/Passlack I could see Hanley and maybe Srbeny getting loans to the Champ for one season to cover for relegation.
