the "he's a liar so cannot be trusted" line is a bit tiresome

it's clear, as someone said in there, that what they're worried about "is not Michael Cohen lying, but Michael Cohen telling the truth".

Mind you, much of the Democrats' partisan questioning left a lot to be desired too, although some of them did actually seem to be seeking more information.

I really think he seems reasonably truthful. Even a seasoned liar would have trouble not making any natural giveaway gestures - the old ear tweak, nose rub etc etc
