Was that after the third went in and Hucks got his marching orders?
The one thing I kept thinking walking back across the Wensum (via the Carra Bridge NOT walking on water) after the game was that across 180 mins, Stoke had beaten us 4-2 on aggregate this season.
When Leon scored our first, a copper came down and made a sarcy comment about how we were all thoroughly over-joyed at scoring. A real shame that many greeted the goal more with a half-hearted sense of apathy than downright joy.
As the Belle Stars so suscinctly put it... It's a sign of the times.
