I'm sure the message over the season to players not in the
side is, "be ready, your turn will come". The player's turn comes , he does well, and then you possibly take him out?
Would totally undermine the manager's message. You leave
him in until he doesn't deserve to be. Team game. Vrancic and Leitner have to wait their turn now just like McLean did.
