every team sends U23 players out on loan
The lack of success of PL U23 sides in the FL Trophy (vs Div 3/4 clubs) shows that the entire system is broken. If all clubs kept all players in-house then our Power & Mourgas would be playing against Mount & Abraham at Chelsea.
Meanwhile our lack of PL cash severely restricts our ability to populate the Academy.
