If this was at work I'd be getting one of our mental health champuons on the case.
Clearly under an enormous amount of stress that he is syrughling to vope with (probably coming to terms with the full ramifications of what he has taken on. I bet he thought he'd have been able to turn things around more easily and that this would be a career enhancing rebuild in the champs, not a potentially career killing trip to L1)
