and there is no doubt in my mind that all the physical aggro was instigated by Ipswich players and their manager. Lambert himself kicked it all off by vigorously prodding those in front of him and the steward was pushed first before his necessary measured response. I have no doubt that it was a member of City's staff who said something to incite Lambert but that is not evident from the tv footage. Unless I have missed something in the melee I feel sure the FA will reject the formal Ipswich complaint. Poor losers eh?!
