Is there any more predictable post game exchange than
Ipswich fans saying how quiet Carrow Road was or our fans saying how quiet Portman Road was.
I don;t think i've been to a derby match in the last 20 years where the same accusation hasn't been made by the away fans. We say it about them, they say it about us. Its just really boring.
Perhaps, just perhaps its just that away fans tend to be more vocal due to the concentration of fans plus when you are in an away end or a home end you are immersed in the noise of your own fans so you think its loud. I hardly heard their fans yesterday but i know they were singing as I could see them clapping and moving their arms around etc.
