He and Robinson are trying to put in for worst central midfield combo, think they're at similar level of bury head in hands as Carey/Grant were... One of the old giffers behind me realised that Russell was likely to turn out for Stoke, he asked me what I thought he'd do and I said probably boss the middle of the park... which he did for the first half!

Pretty turgid stuff today, brightened by one touch of class from Leon (and a scary punch combo celeb) and a neat finish from JJ. To have it described as owt else is giving it a NCFC spin positive gloss...
