Intentional or not, it’s dangerous play and should result in a lengthy ban
If you’re running and you know your foot is going to make contact with a player’s face, you would do everything in your power to make sure it doesn’t happen - the most minimal attempt at not making contact with Oliveira’s face should have seen Mings end up on the floor. There is no way anyone in that situation would stay upright and keep running and I don’t buy the argument that he had no time to think about what he was doing.
