What does it take for Norwich to be regarded as a 'big club'?

When ever you listen to radio phone ins, callers always refer to the likes of Sheff Weds, Sheff Utd, Aston Villa, Leeds, Derby, Notts Forest, WBA as being clubs in the championship but never a mention for us? Our attendances are always up there and quite often a sell out so there is scope for bigger attendances. Or is it based on the trophy cabinet?
