Can't help feeling that Worthy's done this deliberately though

With those front two, it'll be futile to play hoof ball, so it's clearly not Worthy's intention today. But, if the ball's launched skywards, it'll show that it's down to the players and not the manager.

Then again, if we play it on the floor it'll show that hoofball was Worthy's tactic all along ...
