How come a top six side chasing promotion want to sign him, supposedly a complete misfit at Carrow Road not good enough to play for Norwich City?
I'll tell you why. The Preston boss, an excellent motivator and man-manager, KNOWS he can make Jarrett play. Nigel Worthington, a not-so-good motivator or man-manager, KNOWS he can't!
So what does that tell you?
