But I'd guess there are twenty-odd professional managers who would be willing to come and could do better. I think that is the key.

Having said that he does make plenty of odd decisions, continually playing people out of position and when they are out-of-form. I accept that there can be reasons for this on the training pitch etc but the simple fact is that it is not working on the pitch. Anyone can see that, hence the many comments on here.
