So I have been having a listen. It started out pretty tame put turned into Derek and Clive at the end.....

Let me say I really like Russ. Clearly one of the good guys in the game.

I think he had an interesting opinion on Farke.
Kind of said he thought Farke wanted him out as he felt threatened by him if things went south.

Maybe I'm totally wrong but I'm thinking that's not the ful reason. He mentioned that Weber said he could have a coaching job if he "retired"......maybe that's the point.

When Russ left we were desperately trying to cull the wage bill and let go/Loan out anyone on higher wages. He wasn't the only one. I don't think it was personal. Just business. We barely got out of financial troubles by selling almost 50 million in talent which shows you how much a hole some of these players wages were putting us in.
