Take it to the end of the season...

If we have a strong finish, then NW should have a go next season. If we finish with no signs what so ever of any kind of improvement then changes should be made. My argument is that stability is the key. I feel if we let Worthy go, it'll be a case of a different manager every 6-12 months which will just take this club backwards. For me, Worthy has the right character to make this club strong again (on the pitch).
