The trouble is the Directors, Direct the club, there is a lack of guidance on the playing

side, the playing side is the one most fans care about, hence the Board will come under fire for the Poor performances over the past 2-years. I just want the Board to make the right decision as they have been excellent in most of there decisions, I just believe they are very nieve from a football point of view.
