Yeah this documentary is about why it is important to do right. That there is not
enough focus on the importance of it, nor on the training of doctors in it.
For my dad I had an absolutely wonderful palliative specialist. Her name was Lisa. She kicked the GP’s arse, guided not only my dad but me too, listened to us both and apart from the carers was the only real value add on the entire process. The rest of the NHS was shambloic. But the palliative care was absolutely the most important part and to this day I’m so grateful for that.
