Really? I expect that all Premier League teams will do the same, as will most of the clubs
in the Championship (certainly those who have recently been in the Premier League or have realistic aspirations to get there).
As for the spying, irrespective of scouting / analysis it clearly gives you an advantage (for instance, assuming it is done the day before a game it should confirm or deny your preconceptions); whether it is against the rules however is one for the EFL to decide.
