The Burnley/Norwich model.
I know some will complain that we did some things wrong over the last 10 years and years I would agree but we have managed to stabilize the club financially through numerous promotions.
The model of taking an unfancied team up that is fav for relegation. Then sacking the manager after 20 games ..... Just seems a bit bizarre.... Maybe just accept that you are a yo-yo club and enjoy the ride.
