He clearly is a good manager.
He might have lost the plot a little last season in that press shizzle but if it were our manager we would have been right behind him.
The football they play is pretty good, it’s not the old long ball Sheffield United of Colin Wanker days who’d foul and hoof you into submission while sniding up the ref; when you’d have to deal with players like Chris Morgan who’d basically cripple opposition forwards with sly (and not so sly) little elbows and knees in the back, and put them into the crowd. What a Colin he was. I was impressed with the way they played in August; not many teams have beaten us this season and when they have we’ve often created more than them, but not really that time.
