I think we have too many players in our own box when defending set pieces
I’ve watched back quite a few this season after disappointing goals conceded and we nearly always have all ten outfield players in our own area with 7 or 8 in the six yard box yet somehow when the ball breaks lose nobody takes ownership of it and puts their foot through it and the opposition often have a couple of players unmarked on the edge of the box.
I wonder if the sheet number of bodies in there causes more confusion than would be the case if we left a couple of players outside the box.
