I think it does have some bearing

if we filled our midfield and attack with loads of tall, physical cloggers, instead of the likes of Cantwell, Pukki, Hernandez, Buendia, Vrancic... then we'd probably be a lot better at defending set pieces.

We only have two or three players who are strong or good in the air; opposition are always going to target set pieces as a weakness because of that.
