academy
My next door neighbours son is in the academy and his dad is the first to say at NCFC it?s who you know not how good you are gets you in the academy.
They took a centre forward and because of his build played him at left back kid got pissed off and went to scum, cant remember the lads name. Youth set up is not all that its made out to be apparently
