I was wrong...

After the Leeds game I am ashamed to say that I started to lose faith in the current regime. Players seemed to be being played out of position, we seemed to still be playing pretty dire football at times. My pre-season optimism (I predicted we'd be play-offs) had been dulled. I am delighted to have been proved wrong. We are now playing some fantastic football with a large number of academy graduates and cheap signings in the squad. And the players that I've talked to all seem to genuinely love being part of the club.

I don't know what tonight or the rest of the season holds. But I'm sure it will be an enjoyable ride. I genuinely feel like we are building something for the future. Something good for the club, the city and English football as a whole.
