Really think things will be kicking on over the next few weeks now, and there is a real feeling that change needs to happen soon to be effective, which is a key issue for me.
Oct/nov next season would be too late, as we would ahve to be firmly in the bottom half to sack NW then, which would leave us requiring a palace type miracle to go up. Summer isn't much better as the manager hasn't seen the squad play, doing it now gives time for assesment and a summer to build.
