I'm not sure I can think of many politicians who've acted honourably in the last 2 years
the Labour Party has basically lied from beginning to end, in order to bring about an election; the Conservative Party has been chaotic; even the Lib Dems, one recalls them desperately trying to bring about a referendum a few years ago, to settle the matter once and for all. It's all too depressing. I don't know Tombs, but if he has room in his canoe, I'd like to hitch a ride please. I'll happily row a bit, if need be. Or paddle, whatever is the appropriate term.
