I used Empire Direct
To buy our spunky new Panasonic LCD tv and surround sound thingy and they were really good.
There always seemed to be someone there when I rang and they seemed to want to make things as smooth as poss. They've also got an excellent rating on Pricerunner.
Give them a shout - I'm sure they'll sort it out...
