Thoughts on last night
It was nice to get a win and I thought Cole was excellent.
I did however, see some reasons why we will not win the World Cup. Firstly, despite their undoubted talents, Rooney and Beckham are really quite silly. They are easily wound up as Beckham's tackle that got him the booking proved.
I also noticed how much Carrick stood out and how Gerrard had yet another ineffective match in an England shirt.
Finally, if Bridge's injury is serious, who would be your replacement?
